Abstract (English):
The paper describes the new method for determining the percentage of water in the water-oil mixture and the manufactured flow-based instrument which uses the microwave communication channel for performing the phase shift measurements with simultaneous evaluation of the degree of absorption of the microwave signal in the test mixture. The results of studies on the justification of operating conditions, development and fabrication of the design of the prototype of the measuring chamber of the device are considered. The results of investigations of the water content in water-oil mixtures of various compositions are presented.
