Abstract (English):
Stationary and non-stationary models are proposed for calculating the tunneling current of a vacuum resonant-tunneling triode with a control grid. The stationary model is based on the solution of the stationary Schrodinger equation by the matrix method with the calculation of the potential profile in a structure having several electrodes by the method of multiple images.
